1 06 2007well… today we had an afterschool practise. amanda and jenna both could not come. in the first half-an-hour, we typed up our script on the computer but it is not quite complete. it was a little distracting in the drama room because the year 12s were doing practise and were very loud. (it was a great performance though)
In the second half we went outside to do some work on improvisation. we timed it by what it will be like at the eisteddfod. eventually more and more people came until there got too many people for a scene. but now i feel more confident with zac and daniel with improvisation and know that they will save me. we came up with some great ideas too.
It was a very good practise and after me and dan left zac stayed behind to look for costumes and found some really good ones (go zac =)

Today in Drama we started off with a focus clap then we played spit fight. Spit Fight is a game where we are given a topic and we have to tell a story about it, then the other person throws in random words and you have to add them into the story. We then had a class discussion about our assignments & got them given back to us. Then we went off into our groups our group has myself, daniel hart, sarah mac, amanda hawkins and Zach. we discussed about what we were going to do and wrote down our goals as our group. we decided to then have a Thursday lunch practice to talk about what we were going to do for our ideas!
